Privacy notice
Last updated 18 August 2026. This notice explains how Query Pulsecore uses personal information when you browse query-pulsecore.digital or enquire about a sitting.
Controller
The data controller is Query Pulsecore, 29 High St Thrandeston IP21 5YT United Kingdom. Email info@query-pulsecore.digital. Telephone 07776820377. We are a small UK training practice. We do not sell lists of enquirers.
What we collect
From the enquiry form: name, email address, the session you selected, any preferred date, markets and timeframes you mention, and the message. If you write or telephone instead, we keep the same kinds of detail from that conversation. If you book, we also keep the dates you sat, the packs we sent, and payment references you supply (we do not store card numbers; we do not take cards on this site). Charts you send for a review are treated as part of the booking file.
On the site itself we store a cookie-preference flag in your browser if you accept or reject the banner. If you accept analytics cookies, a measurement cookie may record pages such as notes on price action drills for breakout and pullback setups. See the cookies page.
Why we use it
We reply to enquiries and run bookings (contract, or steps you ask us to take before a contract). We keep limited records of sittings so we know which pack you already used (legitimate interests in running a coherent training practice). We keep invoices and payment references for UK tax and accounting rules (legal obligation). We do not use your charts to market to anyone else.
Retention
Unbooked enquiries are deleted after 18 months unless a conversation is still open. Booking files, including chart packs you sent, are kept for six years after the last sitting, which matches how long we keep accounting records. Cookie-preference storage lives in your browser until you clear it. Analytics data, when you have accepted it, is kept in aggregate and is not used to rebuild a profile of your trading.
Who we share with
We use an email host to send and receive mail, and an accountant if a return requires booking records. We do not pass your name to brokers, signal rooms, or other trainers. If the law requires disclosure, we will disclose only what is required.
International transfers
Our own files are kept in the United Kingdom. Some email or font providers may process limited technical data in other countries. Where that happens we rely on UK-approved transfer tools such as an adequacy regulation or standard contractual clauses, and we keep the transfer to what the service needs. Chart packs are not uploaded to public drives.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you may ask for a copy of your data, correction, erasure, restriction, or objection to processing based on legitimate interests, and you may ask for data you provided to be ported where the processing is automated and based on consent or contract. The enquiry form on this site is a mock endpoint for demonstration of the page; live bookings are handled by email. To exercise a right, write to info@query-pulsecore.digital. You may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk). We would rather fix a problem with you first.
Children
Sessions are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information about anyone under 18.
Changes
If this notice changes in a material way we will update the date above. Continued use of the site after a change means you have seen the new notice.
