Agreement

By browsing this site or sending an enquiry you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or request a session. A booking is formed when we confirm a date in writing and you accept the fee stated in that confirmation. Nothing on the site is an offer to the public at large; rates are informational.

Who we are

Query Pulsecore is a training practice. We provide tech analysis training in the form of price action drills for breakout and pullback setups, together with related sittings described on this site. We are not a broker, a fund manager, an appointed representative, or a business that places orders on your behalf.

Training, not advice to deal

Sessions teach marking, timing, and spoken judgement on historical and recent charts. They are educational. They are not personal recommendations to buy or sell any instrument, and they are not an invitation to engage in investment activity. You remain responsible for your own orders, your broker relationship, and any loss. Past chart examples, including those used in drills, do not indicate future results.

Bookings and conduct

You must provide accurate contact details and, where a sitting requires it, charts that are yours. You must not record a live session without written permission. You must not share chart packs with people who have not paid for that sitting. We may end a session immediately, without a further sitting, if recording occurs, if another person’s account is presented as yours, or if live orders are demanded during a drill.

Intellectual property

The site copy, the arrangement of the drill format, and the packs we send remain the property of Query Pulsecore. You may keep your personal notes and the pack from a sitting you paid for, for your own study. You may not copy packs into a course, a paid group, or a public feed. The Query Pulsecore name may not be used to imply we endorse a broker, a signal list, or another trainer.

The website

We try to keep pages accurate. Descriptions of sessions, rates, and dates can change. If a page conflicts with a written booking confirmation, the confirmation wins. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted. Interactive features (the enquiry form and the cookie banner) may fail; a failure does not cancel an existing booking made by email.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, we are not liable for trading losses, missed fills, missed sessions caused by your connection, or indirect loss such as lost opportunity. Our total liability for a booking is limited to the fee you paid for that booking. The site is provided as a description of our practice, not as a dealing venue.

Third-party sites and images

Links and photographs hosted by others are outside our control. Their presence does not mean we endorse the host.

Governing law

These terms, and any dispute or claim arising from the site or from a booking, are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. That choice applies because the practice address is in Suffolk, United Kingdom.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top will change. Continued use of the site after an update is acceptance of the revised terms. Bookings already confirmed stay on the terms in force on the confirmation date unless you agree otherwise in writing.
