Refunds and cancellation

Last updated 18 August 2026. These rules apply to sittings booked with Query Pulsecore: price action drills, chart reviews, the breakout clinic, and the pullback workshop. We do not sell physical goods, subscriptions, recordings as a product, or hosted software.

How to ask

Eligibility and timeframe

A full refund is available if you cancel a single drill or review more than five full days before the sitting (counting from the start time in UK time). Clinic and workshop places follow the same five-day line, because a pack is prepared and a room is capped. Inside five days we do not refund in full; we may offer one reschedule as described below.

Full and partial refunds

If we cancel a date — for illness, for a clinic that does not reach three places, or for a fault on our side — you receive a full refund or a move to the next date, at your choice. If you have started a four- or eight-session run and we cannot continue, unused sittings are refunded pro rata at the run rate, not at the single-session rate.

If you cancel a run after one sitting has been used, the used sitting is charged at the single-session fee of £165 and the unused remainder is refunded, provided the cancel arrives more than five days before the next date. Inside five days of the next date, that next sitting is treated as used for refund arithmetic.

Non-refundable items

A chart pack already sent for a clinic or workshop is part of that sitting. If you cancel inside five days, the place is not refunded merely because you have not opened the file. We do not refund “change of mind” after a live sitting has begun, including when you leave at the first pause. We do not refund because a drill did not produce a profitable week afterwards; the sitting is training, not a result.

Deposits

Half of a four- or eight-session run, paid to hold the first date, is a deposit. It is applied to the run. It is refundable on the same five-day rule as a single sitting if no date has yet been used. After a sitting has been used, the deposit is part of the used fee and follows the pro-rata rule above.

Rescheduling

One reschedule per sitting is allowed if you give at least two full days’ notice. A second reschedule, or a request inside two days, is treated as a cancellation unless we have a spare slot the same week. Clinic and workshop dates are fixed once the place is confirmed; we will try to move you to the next published date, not to a private extra hour.

No-shows

If you do not attend and do not message us before the start time, the sitting is forfeit. The chart pack is still yours to keep. A no-show on a run counts as a used sitting at the single-session fee when we calculate any remainder.

Work already started

Once a live drill, review, clinic, or workshop has started, that sitting is completed for refund purposes even if it ends early because you leave, your connection drops and cannot be restored in fifteen minutes, or you have not done the pre-marking a workshop required. In the last case we may, at our discretion, offer a later workshop date rather than money back.

Materials

Packs and notes are included in the fee. We do not buy extra printed kits on your behalf, so there is no separate materials refund. Please do not return files; they are not a product we restock.

How a refund is paid, and how long it takes

Refunds go back by the same bank transfer route you used to pay. We do not take cards on this site, so there is no card scheme reversal from the website. Once we agree a refund, we send it within ten working days. You will receive a short confirmation of the amount. Processing at your bank may add a further day or two.

Exceptions

If illness or a family emergency prevents attendance, write when you can. We will usually move the sitting once without using the two-day reschedule rule. We still cannot refund a sitting that already happened. These rules are for the training we actually offer. They do not cover goods, downloads sold as a shop, or managed accounts, because we do not offer those.
